Persona 1 Camila Gomez  - Student

Motivation: Camila is having problems with herfirst car, the one their parents gave to him in his 18th birthday. She doesn't want them to know so she goes to this place knowing that it's cheap but insecure. She doesn't know much about cars. Demographics: 18 year old. She is in his 2nd semester on University of Los Andes, majoring on Engineering.  Devices: Camila has a Samsung S7. She keeps up with the latest technology with the money their parents give to her. She also has a tablet and a Mac. Technical Abilities: Camila uses his smartphone constantly to keep up with his friends. She has grown with technology so she knows a lot about it

Persona 2 Rogelio Escobar - Car Shop Owner

Motivation: Business. He wants a lot of clients coming to his store, but he is very annoyed that people go there without knowing what they need or want. He often takes advantage of this situation to get people to buy things they don't need. Demographics: 45 years old, married and never finished high school for the need to support his family. Devices: He owns an Asus Zenfone 3. Doesn't own a tablet or a laptop. Technical Abilities: He knows perfectly how to use his phone due to always having to search for things in there or having a lot of phone calls with clients and suppliers.

Persona 3 Luis Oropeza  - Business Administrator

Motivation: Luis wants to repair his car and knows exactly what his needs are. He is searching for a low cost place because he is saving up for a big trip with his family. He is annoyed that all the places are trying to rip him off, and he calls them out for it. Demographics: 60 years old, married and with a couple of kids. He majored in Business Administrator and in his youth he spent a lot of time with cars, so he knows about them a lot. Devices: Due to Luis' wealth, his home is filled with the latest technology, with devices like a SmartTV, Laptops and Tablets. But he prefers a rather simple Smartphone, so he has a Samsung J6. Technical Abilities: He uses his smartphone mainly for communication with his family and some partners. His kids teach him how to use apps like facebook, instagram, etc, so he can work around his phone.
