1. Student: Lucas

Element	Description
Demographics	Lucas is 18 years old. He is in his first semester @ Uniandes, with a major in Engineering. Between his courses, he is taking: spanish, apo 1, physics 1 and calculus 1.
Motivation	Lucas is having problems with apo 1 and spanish, because he has never programmed before nor delivered large written texts in school. He wants a way to access university resources easily and locate all the help he can get.
Technical Ability	Lucas is very skilled using technogy and devices because of his age (he has grown with technology).
Devices	Lucas has a smartphone, tablet and a laptop.

2. Tutor: Maria

Demographics	Maria is 20 years old. She is in her fifth semester @ Uniandes, with a major in Engineering. She is a student with good grades.
Motivation	Maria is samart and she could use the money from the tutoring.
Technical Ability	Maria is very skilled using technogy and devices because of his age (he has grown with technology).
Devices	Maria has a smartphone and a laptop.

Motivation	Luis is a graduated physicist passioned for teaching.
