• Selected Ideas:

1. Long lines: People lose a lot of time making long lines in supermarkets or supercades. This disrupts their comfort and produces stress among population. There can be several strategies (applied to the specific bussiness) in order to solve this problem and add more benefits with technology.

2. Uniandes help centers: The new booking systems of the help and support centers at Uniandes could be improved. They can be enhanced with resources and integration so that all students go to only one place to ask for help with their subjects at college. 

• Rationale:

We have several reasons of why we should work together:

1. We have similar ideas and all the thoughts we share are fully understood and accepted by the rest of the team.
2. We have worked together in the past, we know about each other's abilities and strengths, so we can exploit them for the team's benefit.
3. We are able to discuss with valid reasons and we can accept if someone else's idea is better than our own.
4. We don't feel like a group, we feel like a team!
